Features:

 

  • These quick couplings are interchangeable according to the European and American manufacturer
  • Shut-off poppet ball system
  • Machined from high tensile steel and carbonitrited / induction hardened for wear parts, they are zinc plated with a yellow chromate finish
  • Standard seal material is Nitrile Rubber (NBR). On request: Viton, EPDM, Neoprene (CR) or other seals
  • Back up rings in PTFE
  • Working temperatures with standard seals (NBR) from -25°C to +125°C
  • Connectability with pressure
  • Disconnection under pressure
  • On request, size 1/2" is available with connectability in presence of residual pressure
  • On request steel protective dust plugs and caps are available

These thread-connect couplings are designed for extreme high static pressure applications. It is suitable for high peak pressure, vibrations, etc.., and where it is necessary to connect and disconnect with residual pressure inside. It is used in heavy duty hydraulic applications.
